Terms of Service
Last updated: 16 August 2026
MyTripAdmin is developed and owned by Krialex Digital (Pty) Ltd (registration number 2026/648039/07), a South African company — "we", "us". By creating an account you agree to these terms on behalf of your driving company — "you". Questions: admin@krialex.co.za.
1. What MyTripAdmin is
A tool for small driving companies to manage trips, clients and invoices. You run your business; we provide the software. We are not a party to the trips you drive or the invoices you issue to your own customers.
2. Your account
- Keep your sign-in details safe; you are responsible for what happens under your account.
- Give accurate details — your invoices and ours are built from them.
- You must be authorised to act for the company you register.
3. The free plan
The free plan currently includes 5 trips with invoices per calendar month. We may change what the free plan includes with reasonable notice.
4. Paid subscriptions — how billing works
Subscriptions renew automatically. When you subscribe, you authorise PayFast to charge your card R99 every month (monthly plan) or R999 every year (yearly plan), starting at checkout and repeating each billing cycle until you cancel.
Where the app shows a delayed start (for example during free months or when resuming a cancelled plan), R0.00 is charged at checkout to confirm your card, and the first real charge happens on the date shown before you confirm.
- Cancelling: in the app under Profile → App → Cancel subscription. Cancelling stops future charges at PayFast immediately; you keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Refunds: we don't refund part-used billing periods — cancelling simply lets the paid period run out. If you believe a charge is a mistake, contact us and we'll put it right.
- Card changes: update your card securely at PayFast via Profile → App. We never see or store card numbers.
- Invoices: every subscription payment produces an invoice from Krialex Digital, available in the app under Profile → App.
- Price changes: we'll give at least 30 days' notice, taking effect from your next billing cycle. If you don't agree, cancel before it does.
- Failed payments: if a charge fails, PayFast may retry. If payment isn't made, your account drops to the free plan when the paid period ends.
5. Your data and your passengers' data
Your business data (trips, clients, invoices) is yours. For the personal information of your passengers and clients that you enter, you are the responsible party under POPIA and we process it as your operator, on your instructions, as described in the Privacy Policy. You confirm you are entitled to give us that information to process for you.
6. Acceptable use
Don't use MyTripAdmin to break the law, to send spam, to attempt to access other companies' data, or to probe or disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that do, with notice where reasonable.
7. Availability and your responsibilities
We aim to keep MyTripAdmin available and your data safe and backed up, but we provide the service "as is", without a guaranteed uptime level. Keep your own copies of documents that matter to you (invoices can be downloaded as PDF at any time).
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the subscription fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (including lost profits or lost business). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or your rights under the Consumer Protection Act where it applies.
9. Ending things
You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → App → Delete account) — see the Privacy Policy for exactly what is erased and what we must keep. We may terminate or suspend an account for material breach of these terms, with notice where reasonable.
10. General
These terms are governed by South African law. If part of them is found unenforceable, the rest still stands. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app or by email with reasonable notice, and the "last updated" date above always tells you when they moved.
